Characteristics of the vintage / Tasting notes : Luminous colour, lively nose reminiscent of ripe fruits (peach, pineapple), lime fruit, harmonious and delicate. The mouthfeel reveals a wine that boasts a pleasant intensity and natural freshness. Alcohol by volume : 12,5.
Keeping potential : 3 to 4 years
Production : After a first sorting performed at the vineyard the grapes are subjected to selective and soft pressing as soon as they arrive. The juices are clarified at low temperature and vinification is traditional in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature. Interrupting the malolactic fermentation ensures that the terroir of Porquerolles is expressed naturally to its fullest potential.
Maturing : Maturation on lees for 4 to 5 months in vats.
