Any order implies the buyer's acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below, unless otherwise agreed in writing by SCEA LA COURTADE PORQUEROLLES.
Our prices are per bottle, valid within the limit of available stock and vintages. We reserve the right to replace exhausted qualities with an equivalent wine from the following vintage.
The wines are generally packaged in boxes of 6 bottles of 75cl, 12 bottles of 50cl, or 3 magnums of 1.5l, according to the pricing details.
Our prices are ex-cellar (excluding shipping).
Wines travel at the recipient's risk and the domain is not responsible for breakage or missing items, regardless of the mode of transport or payment method (freight due or paid). It is the recipient's responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt and make any necessary claims to the carrier, who is solely responsible (in case of loss, missing items, damage, or delays).
The wines are invoiced by SCEA LA COURTADE PORQUEROLLES based on the information provided by the client when ordering (details, delivery address, billing address, for example). Payment by check or bank transfer is due on the invoice date. Goods remain the property of the Domaine until full payment is made, in accordance with Articles 2367 and following of the Civil Code. The first order must be paid with a 50% deposit.
In case of non-payment of our invoices by their due date, the amounts owed will be subject to interest at a rate three times the legal interest rate per month of delay. A fixed compensation of 40€ will be due for collection costs. If collection costs exceed this fixed amount, additional compensation will be due upon presentation of supporting documents.
Delivery and execution details are purely indicative. Therefore, the Domaine is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, strikes, or bad weather conditions between the island and the mainland. Any potential delays cannot lead to the cancellation of the order, penalties, or damages.
Under Article L. 121-20-12 of the Consumer Code and in accordance with the legislation governing distance selling for online sales, the customer has a 14-day period from the delivery of the ordered wine(s) to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the purchased wine(s) and the shipping costs will be refunded (on a pro-rata basis, if applicable), with return costs being borne by the customer. Only wines in their original state and in the same packaging as used during shipment can be returned, accompanied by a proof of purchase or a copy of the invoice(s), with the clarification that the return of opened wines (i.e., uncorked bottles), or wines that have been partially opened (cut seal or altered neck) by the customer is excluded.

The customer is bound by confidentiality regarding all information they may come to know about the wines of SCEA LA COURTADE PORQUEROLLES due to the commercial relationship. They agree to impose this obligation on all employees and/or affiliates or franchisees within their network.
In case of dispute, only the Courts of Toulon will have jurisdiction.
