9. Withdrawal

Pursuant to article L. 121-20-12 of the French Consumer Code and in compliance with the legislation governing distance sales and online sales in France, Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery of the wines they ordered in which to exert their right for withdrawal with the Domaine, i.e. ‘right for withdrawal’, without having to justify the reason for said withdrawal and without having to bear any penalty.


When exerting the right for withdrawal within the above-mentioned time limit, only the price of the wines purchased and the outbound shipping costs will be refunded (proportionally where applicable), return shipping costs will be supported by the Customers. Only wines that are in their original condition, complete and sent in a packaging identical to that used for the initial shipping may be returned, together with proof of purchase or copy of the corresponding invoice(s). Wines that have been opened (uncorked bottles) and any bottles bearing traces of an attempt to open them (alteration of the ring or bottleneck) will not be accepted for return.
