Characteristics of the vintage / Tasting notes : Tawny orange colour, complex and harmonious nose reminiscent of yellow fruit and flowers. The mouthfeel is very pleasant and smooth, enveloping with fine touches of wood. Alcohol by volume : 12,5.
Keeping potential : 3 to 4 years
Production : Brief skin maceration before soft and selective pressing. The juices are left to settle at low temperature. They are then placed to ferment in 400 litre casks followed by maturation on lees for 6 months.
Maturing : Maturation on lees for 6 months in casks. .
Packaging : bottles 75 cl / 150 cl
