Characteristics of the vintage / Tasting notes : Golden colour, lively nose revealing aromas of fresh fruits and white flowers with toasted notes. The mouthfeel offers a pleasant and enveloping roundness that is exalted by the natural freshness of grapes that have benefited from the island’s schist soil and the Mediterranean sea spray. Alcohol by volume : 12,5.
Keeping potential : 4 to 6 years
Production : 12-hour skin maceration. Soft pressing ensures a careful selection of the musts. The juices are then left to settle at low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in part in 400-litre casks followed by maturation on lees for 6 months.
Maturing : Maturation on lees for 6 months in casks. .
