Characteristics of the vintage / Tasting notes : Brilliant pale pink colour, pleasant nose of summer fruits brimming with sun. The mouthfeel reveals intense fruit aromas and is structured by the subtle alliance of Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle and Mourvèdre. Alcohol by volume : 12,5.

Keeping potential : 2 to 3 years

Production : Mild selective pressing is performed as soon as the grapes reach the processing facility. The different juices are separated in order to retain only the very best and then clarified at low temperature. Traditional vinification is performed in stainless steel vat under controlled temperature conditions. Interrupting the malolactic fermentation ensures that the terroir of Porquerolles is expressed naturally to its fullest potential.

Maturing : Maturation on lees for 4 to 5 months in vats.
