After a visit or a tasting at the Domaine, our restaurant will welcome you every lunchtime, from Tuesday to Sunday.

The cuisine imagined by Hugo Mancel focuses on fresh regional produce. The dishes on the menu are influenced by the island environment and nature here. Careful thought is taken for each dish: texture, seasoning, cooking, nothing is left to chance. Sitting in the shade of the pine trees, you can watch our chef and his team prepare the dishes from the menu.

This private place with a calm atmosphere is only for the visitors of the Villa Carmignac and Domaine La Courtade. The menu is carefully prepared to create a perfect match with our wines.

Lunch: from Tuesday to Sunday without reservation

From June to September, le Poisson Ivre welcomes you from Wednesday to Saturday nights for a gastronomic experience with a unique menu of six dishes imagined by Hugo Mancel. This menu changes each month, every dish matches beautifully our wines.
